Social media is an ever expanding and intricate web of opportunities to build connections and engage students. Since online interactions can directly affect campus climate, there is an added opportunity for student affairs professionals to ensure that students connect to our units and one another in productive and meaningful ways that create social justice change agents both on campus, and in the world. At the NYU Student Affairs Conference we will provide innovative social media strategies that work to promote social change, examples of successful campaigns and allow for its participants to network and share ideas.
