OCDSB Alternative Elementary Program Survey

The Ottawa-Carleton District School Board provides a range of programs in order to meet the needs of all students. At the elementary level, in addition to English/Core French and French Immersion, the elementary alternative program is offered in a select number of schools located inside the Greenbelt. The OCDSB invites parents/guardians of elementary school-aged children to complete a brief on-line survey in February-March 2013. The survey has been structured in such a way as to determine new interest in the program (ie, from families across the Ottawa-Carleton region with school-aged children who are not currently enrolled in the Elementary Alternative Program in the OCDSB, as well as those currently enrolled in other school boards or private education.) Participation in the survey is for information and planning purposes. It does not constitute registration in the program. Results from the survey will help to inform future decision-making to support equitability of access to the elementary alternative program throughout the school district. The survey will remain open until midnight on 31 March 2013. It should take no more than 10 minutes to complete. If you have more than one child, you will need to complete a separate survey for each one.
